The Losers

Now, many people didn’t see this.  If you are reading this and are one of them, go.  GO NOW! Come back after and read the blog.  Seriously, it was a good flick, with the exception of Jason Patric’s run for Ray Liotta’s “Scenery Chewer” title.  Hot boys, kick ass girl, over the top and crazy villain, explosions, gun fights, and a good old fashion twist at the end.

Robin Hood

Speaking of kick ass girls, Cate Blanchett is fantastically awesome.  I haven’t seen the movie yet, but her Maid Marion keeps up with the boys and kicks medieval ass.  What’s not to love. Ok, ok, people keep saying it’s Gladiator in England with tights.  I say – who cares?!?!?! Good flick, good actors, good battle scenes.  I’m in!

and my fave - IRON MAN2

Look people, I’m not a fan of ScarJo, however I hear she does a really good job as Black Widow and I’m more of a Pepper Potts fan anyway.  But how about Mickey Rourke with the crazy as Whiplash?  And of course, the fantasticalness that is Robert Downey Jr.  I would pay money to watch that man read a cereal box!  I’m going to go see it this weekend!

Then coming soon (in order of release):  Prince of Persia (ABS!), A-Team, Jonah Hex, SALT (!), The Expendables, Takers (Paul Walker and a crew of pretty) – it’s gonna be a good summer!
